AUTHENTICITY & SOURCING

Q How do I know your items are authentic?
A Every item is authenticated at least twice, by our in house experts and our trusted AI partner, Entrupy who have an accuracy of 99.1%. We only list pieces that pass both checks and your purchase includes a certificate of authenticity.

Q Where do you source your bags?
A We only purchase from reputable resellers, trusted collectors, and regulated secondhand marketplaces. All suppliers operate under strict counterfeit laws and resale compliance. Each item is verified independently before and after reaching Privy Please.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Q Can I cancel or return my order?
A We do not accept cancellations or returns in case of a change of mind, due to the nature of the pre-loved items. On the rare occasion an item is found to be inauthentic (in line with our full returns policy), please contact us with 30 days of delivery.

Q What happens if I receive the wrong item?
A Please contact us within 2 working days of delivery, via support@privy-please.com. The item must be returned unused, with all original packaging, which we will provide a prepaid shipping label for and arrange for the correct item to be shipped, subject to availability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q Do you ship internationally?
A Yes we ship with DHL, with tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q How long will my order take to arrive?
A Estimated delivery times from dispatch are below. However, this can vary depending on various external factors and Privy Please is not liable for any delays.

UAE: 1–3 business days
GCC: 2–4 business days
International: 3–7 business days

Q Are customs duties and taxes included?
A No, all import duties, customs fees, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in your order total and will be billed separately by the courier at delivery or once the goods clear customs in your local country. Privy Please is not liable for any delays caused by customs or local fees not being paid to the courier when requested.
